Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and will begin processing the order. Typically, processing will take between 1-2 business days.

Order Shipment

The delivery time frame is between 2-5 business days domestically and 7-21 business days for other countries however, you may receive your items much earlier depending on your location. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@vitalherbsco.com; responses within 1 business day.

International Orders (Outside of USA):

Duty and Import fees may apply separately based on your local law and regulations. Please keep track your tracking number to see if this applies to you or research local delivery fees from USA to your country before ordering.
